He covers the choice of the specific license, the endorsement of this move by the Free Software Foundation, IBM’s reaction and the possible impact on the .NET ecosystem.

This is great news and I am happy that SUN decided to choose QuebeC's free software week to make this announcement (this is a joke, but hey, the linking was too good not to do it)!
