How to change the navigation on Mediawiki (sidebar)

Because I always forget how to do that, I do it infrequently enough not to burn it in my memory… So here we go :
While logged in as an admin or sysop, go to
http://www.example.com/wiki/index.php/MediaWiki:Sidebar
And edit away!
