A Frog in the Valley

I could not be at Montreal Tech Entrepreneurs Breakfast this morning but Heri was there and he dutifully reported (once again!). I might add, he’s doing an incredible job at covering the local scene, going as far a guest post on Read/Write Web (as reported bu StartupNorth, another one for your list of fine canadian content provider). Keep up the good work Heri! Another guy doing an awesome job for Montreal startup culture is Josh at YashLabs.

Oh yeah. I might add, we could not be there this morning because we are in the process of being due diligenced… Knock on wood and all that.There is no such thing as a free lunch. Money in the bank is worth twice your valuation in paper money, etc. But it’s looking good. We sure are working hard for it. Might explain my silence here. Just might… Oh yeah, and since we are called Praized, our roadmap/timeline for development now has a BC and AD era (meaning, Before Cash infusion and After Deposit, just to show you how careful managers of money we are)!

PS. My vacation to “les Iles de la Madeleine” was incredible. So relaxing to be out of range for cellphone and email. And yeah, the wedding was marvelous also (as reported by my blogger wife, in french)!
